I have many years of experience working with SME local and regional suppliers as well as working with SALSA as a SALSA approved Auditor and Mentor.

STEP 1 - GAP ANALYSIS
The first step is that i will carry out a detailed gap analysis against your chosen SALSA standard. Should there be any actions I will explain these to you and guide you through what is required for the site to be fully compliant. I will then provide you with a detailed written report.
I can help you implement the actions or you may like to work on these yourself ahead of your audit.

STEP 2 - IMPLEMENTATION
Should you decide that you would like help writing procedures, HACCP, training, creating records or would just like to know that you are on the right track. I am here to help and can do as little or as much as you would like.
STEP 3 - ONGOING SUPPORT
Once you have passed your SALSA audit, I can provide ongoing technical support. It is a good idea for me to carry out an independent assessment to the SALSA standard 2-3 months before your next SALSA audit to ensure you are still on track.
