I have worked in Technical  Management, Quality and New Product Development roles in both manufacturing and food retail. I have a wealth of audits under my belt, being on the recieving end, as well as being a Retailer, SALSA and BRCGS Lead Auditor. 

This provides me with an excellent understanding of the supply chain from manufacturing right through to products on the shelf. I understand how the buying process works as well as how to maintain your product listing.
